Carolyn Johnson
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) Practitioner
As a child, Carolyn struggled with anxiety, low self-esteem, and an eating disorder. Therapy wasn’t widely recognized at the time, so she didn’t know how to seek help, and her parents were unaware of the extent of her issues. She continued battling her self-worth and eating disorder throughout college, but everything changed when she took a Psych 101 class in her junior year. She discovered her passion for psychology and felt genuine excitement to learn more. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to change her major and graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management. While working in the hospitality industry and still dealing with her eating disorder, Carolyn became determined to overcome her struggles. Through self-help books and unwavering determination, she was able to heal and reclaim her life. It took about ten years, but she eventually repaired her relationship with food, which reignited her desire to pursue a career in psychology. She felt a strong calling to help others facing similar challenges. After getting married and while raising three children, her plans to return to school were put on hold. She thought she might pursue her dream part-time when they were older. However, after experiencing a divorce, she found herself running a retail business instead. In her downtime, Carolyn was watching podcasts and inspiring content online, which led her to Marisa Peer's Rapid Transformational Therapy® training. RTT has quite literally transformed her life. Now, Carolyn is dedicated to helping others find their inner peace and is proving that it’s never too late to pursue dreams. She believes that everyone deserves an enjoyable and peaceful life. Let her help you find yours.
